I understand and authorize Kensington Clock and Watch to do work on my item with the understanding that additional work may be required.

I will not hold Kensington Clock and Watch responsible for this type of work on my clock or watch.

I am completely aware of the store policies of Kensington Clock and Watch:

• House calls are not warranteed service, and additional work may be required.
• Kensington Clock and Watch does not warranty any minor repair.
• Kensington Clock and Watch gives 1 year warranty only on major overhauls.
• Customers are responsible for presenting written receipts to prove warranty on Kensington Clock and Watch warranty work.
• Customers may print and sign this Authorization Form or email their agreement to the terms of the Authorization Form. If the customer chooses to send Authorization Form acknowledgement by email (below) this will indicate that the customer agrees to all the terms and conditions outlined above. In other words, the email submission is considered the same as signing the hardcopy of the Authorization Form.
